Opium Bar Bangkok Winner at Giffard West Cup
Bangkok, Thailand, August 19, 2022 / TRAVELINDEX / Globally recognized for its amazing cocktails, Opium Bar Bangkok has received the latest award, named the Winner of the Giffard West Cup ASIA SELECTION 2022 Award. Opium Bar has entered into a global competition entitled Giffard, and among countless participants, only 10 bartenders were selected across Thailand. The competition was won by one of our bartenders, Choann Benyapa (IG: @choann_tender), who was selected across Thailand to enter the Asia competition.
Giffard Liqueurs hosts bartenders from 17 countries around the globe to compete at the Giffard West Cup in France’s Loire Valley.
Opium Bar also hosted a countdown of Asia’s 50 Best Bars announcement. The bar hosted four wizard bartenders over two days of events. Starting with Eric Sabloniere from Blue Bird Paris and Isac Melander, Global Brand Ambassador of Naked Malt, shoulder to shoulder with Lim Jar Jin and Eom Do Hwan from Le Chamber Seoul.
